Shipping Rates

United States:
- Standard shipping is $7.99.
- Orders over $99 ship free.
Mexico & Canada:
- Flat-rate shipping applied at checkout.
- Free shipping on orders over $250.

⚠️ Customers in Mexico and Canada are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by their local authorities.

Orders are processed and packaged within up to 7 business days.
Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 1–7 business days once shipped.
These are estimated carrier times and cannot be guaranteed due to potential delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, or carrier issues).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your Tziella account.

In the rare event your package is lost or damaged during transit:

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note: Once the carrier confirms a package as delivered, Tziella is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
