Exchanges

Online orders: We do not offer direct exchanges online. Instead, you may return your item (following our return guidelines) and place a new order in your correct size or style.

In-store purchases: Exchanges can be made at a physical Tziella store within 10 days of purchase.
Returns
To qualify for a return (minus a $7.99 return shipping fee), items must:

Be unworn
-
Be unwashed
-
Be clean
-
Have all original tags attached

Not be marked Final Sale or Discounted
If your item meets these conditions, you may:

Return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund

Return it within 10 days of delivery for store credit
Items Not Eligible for Return:

Orders shipped outside the USA, Mexico, or Canada

Washed, worn, dirty, or damaged items
-
Items missing tags
-
Final sale or discounted items
-
Accessories (beanies, caps, socks)

Items scanned after the 7–10 day return window
⚠️ Important: Please inspect your items before returning them. If we receive an item in damaged or stained condition, we must assume it was sent that way. If you received a damaged item, please take photos and contact us immediately.
How to Start a Return (Online Orders)

Go to our Easy Returns page and enter your order number and email address.

Select your return reason.

Print your prepaid USPS return label and attach it to your package.

Drop off your package at USPS.
You’ll receive your return label by email (check your spam folder if it’s missing).
In-Store Returns

Online purchases returned in-store:
-
No $7.99 fee.
-
Must be returned within 10 days.
-
Refunds are issued as store credit only.

In-store purchases (not pop-ups):
-
Items must be returned within 7 days for a refund, or 10 days for store credit.

In-store purchases cannot be mailed back.

Refund & Credit Timing

Returns are processed within 10–14 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus the $7.99 return fee.

Split payments (store credit + credit card) are refunded to store credit first.

Bulk returns:

10+ items → $15.99 restocking fee.

Returns over $400 → 10% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additional Information

Lost or stolen packages: Once USPS or UPS confirms delivery, Tziella is not responsible. Please file a claim with the carrier before contacting us.

Holiday shipping: Deliveries may take longer; please allow extra time before filing claims.

Unavailable items: If something from your order is unavailable, we’ll ship the rest and issue a refund for the missing item.
