Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns are subject to a $7.99 processing fee per order, deducted from the refund or store credit. Returns of 10 items or more will be subject to a $15.99 restocking fee. Orders over $400 returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Items must be scanned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, or within 10 days for store credit.
Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days of receipt and inspection.
Refunds
In order for an item to be returnable (minus the $7.99 fee), it needs to be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Clean
Have all tags attached
Not marked discounted or final sale
If your item meets the above terms, it can be returned if scanned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund, or within 10 days for a store credit.
The following items are not returnable:
Items shipped internationally
Washed or dirty items
Damaged or ruined items
Items missing tags
Discounted or final sale items
All accessories, such as beanies, caps, and socks
Items scanned after the allowed return window
Important note: Please inspect your items carefully before returning. If we receive items with stains or damage, we will assume they were returned in that condition. If your item arrives damaged, take photos and contact us immediately.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing times may vary.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer online exchanges. You may return the item (according to the return policy) and reorder the correct size.
Exchanges can be made in-store within 10 days of purchase.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping returns
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns that do not follow our designated return process will not be refunded.
